Boccia Week in Ontario – Aurora
WE ARE PROUD TO OFFER OUR FREE PARASPORT TRY IT PROGRAM AGAIN, bringing inclusive sport to life!
Sport Aurora is proud to partner with Community Living Central York and ParaSport Ontario for ANOTHER Try It ParaSport Day including BOCCIA – a fun welcoming event where everyone can play.
WHAT: PARASPORT TRY IT PROGRAM
WHEN: February 23rd 2026.
WHERE: Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex (SARC)
TIME: 12:00pm – 3:30pm.
Our supported individuals will have the opportunity to try another 3 ParaSports, delivered by trained ParaSport Ontario facilitators, in a safe, supportive, encouraging environment. Parents are welcome to be involved!
This program wouldn’t happen without the funding from the Government of Canada and Canadian Parks and Recreation Association (CPRA).
We are looking for 20 Participants who can register by name with our Executive Director at executive.director@sportaurora.ca.
This day is all about cultivating inclusion, and discovering new possibilities
